Simple Green Smoothies
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup fresh baby spinach
2 teaspoons honey
Directions
In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses.

Tip: If you love adding boosts to smoothies, add 1 tablespoon hemp seeds before blending.
